Meet the Owner
Briana Burns is the owner, operator and brains behind Fawn Lake Pet Au Pair, LLC (the original pet au pair location) and the subsequent sister cities. A resident of Fawn Lake since 1998, she considers her Fawn Lake clientele not just her neighbors but friends and people she cares deeply for and about especially when it comes to who and how their pets and homes are cared for while they are away. Despite being a Fawn Lake resident for 27 years and counting, Briana was a graduate of James Monroe high school, located in downtown Fredericksburg. She has fond memories and holds a special place for the folks of the downtown area which led to the creation of Fredericksburg Pet Au Pair so residents of this area could also be recipients of a pet concierge service.
When Briana is not caring for furry friends, you can find her at Pure Barre; mass at St. Mary’s of the Immaculate Conception; baking vegan pastries; catching up with her friends; or Catholic related activities with the Arlington Archdiocese.
About Fawn Lake Pet Au Pair and sister locations
Fawn Lake Pet Au Pair, LLC became official in 2021 realizing that many neighbors needed pet care shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic subsided. Briana was inspired by her Roman Catholic faith with influences from St. Martin De Porres and spiritual coach, Father Sean Koehr, to pursue a full-time career in professional pet sitting after losing her job in Corporate America during the pandemic.
Operating in Fawn Lake and downtown Fredericksburg, Briana and her team look forward to adding more locations in the very near future! We are incredibly appreciative of our clients who have made this vision a reality. We are forever grateful and will always be there for all of our furry friends when and wherever they need us!
